A simple question - if I put this rig together will it run Cliffs of Dover on reasonable graphics and realism settings? Thanks for any responses.

I'm running a much modest system: i5 2500 SC, GTX 970 and 8 Gb of Ram and on medium/high settings is pretty smoth over london with medium clouds.
