Simple question - if I put this rig together will it run DCS world on reasonable graphics and realism settings? Thanks for any responses.

CPU is on the slow side for the DCS, GFX card ain't stellar ether (though in its mediocrity probably matches the CPU well). RAM is OK. I'd say that config is good for 60 fps at medium-ish settings at 1080p. The dreaded Windows updates for Intel CPUs might make things worse, though, as I just lost between 10 and 25 fps in my DCS v 2.2 because of these (i5 4670 @ 4.4 GHZ + GTX1070 here).

My advice? Wait about 2-3 weeks, the free DCSW is scheduled to go version 2.5 then, with all the related gfx changes both for good and bad. So will the next Windows patches be relased. We'll all see then how DCS works on our rigs then. You've got nothing to loose except for some time and disk space.

That would depend on how you define "reasonable" and what your monitor resolution is. Unfortunately, I think your specs are on the low side and with 2.5 coming out with all the eye candy, nobody can really tell how your setup would perform.
