Meanwhile Germany's first of class new "frigate" (at 7000 tons that ain't no frigate!) has been returned to the builders for numerous faults including a constant 1.3 degree list to starboard!

It was such a nice day, they closed the screen door only.

And the US Navy Littoral Combat Ships still live up to their nickname "Little Crappy Ships".

They are Destroyers of course, but these days nobody dares to call them that. Just like we gave up the "war ministry" and renamed it "department of defense" which sounds much less bellicose.

Don't subs have sensors on the hatches that alert the bridge if they are open or closed? I realize this was an Indian sub, but American ones?

This is what happens when you outsource all of your ships to Chinese workers!

Even the US renamed the "Secretary of War" to "Secretary of Defense" not long after WWII.

I want to hear a recording of that tech support call. "Have you tried rebooting the submarine?"

The issue is not p*ssy. The issue is monkey.

Yeah but then you can't jump to warp speed for at least a few hours after that.
