For anyone interested there is currently on eBay a 1934 first US printing of the must read classic "Winged Victory" by V.M. Yeates at the bargain basement buy-it-now price of $39.99 plus $3.61 mailing. While the front cover appears to have a good sized ding in the lower corner this is still a VERY cheap price for this book. I've seen ex-library copies in far worse condition go for $200 or more. Here is the link if one of you folks would like to grab this one for your own collection:

Happy reading!

Someone nabbed this bargain yesterday, I'm hoping it was someone here. And I agree kaa, it is a great novel and one that should be at the top of the reading list for anyone with even a passing interest in WWI aviation.
