I started watching this last night. Sofar it is really good BUT it picks up exactly where Daredevil left off so if you have not watched that season you need to. Even having watched the DD season I was a bit confused. They should have added a bit more to the opening to explain it better. Hopefully it starts coming together more with more episodes.

Finished the series. It was ok as far as story goes. This wasnt the punisher though. He was very subdued and the story vastly overshadowed the violence which is kind of backwards for a punisher story. As bad ass as frank is in this series he would get his ass handed to himself by the real punisher.

It was ok though. The beginning where he kills those construction workers was more punisher than the rest of the series though.

I love that short! I bet Thomas Jane would do another movie if a good one came along.
The Marvel shows are all toned down some. I don’t know if it’s part of trying to be a bit more believable or to widen the audience?
So far I’m liking this one, but I see what you mean. I do like how cautious and distrusting he is presented, like he was in DD.
