I was poking around in Windows Task Manager today and noticed my TrackIR 5 software had the most I/O Reads out of anything. By a large margin. Anyone else see the same thing?

Um, because it continually "reads" you and transmits it to the PC?

I get that, but even when the sensor is paused?

That shouldn't be the case. Verified on my PC that what you describe is not happening.
Is the client running but tracking paused? Is that what you meant? Or is the software not running at all?

I just checked mine and I don't see that happening either. What sort of numbers are you getting?
