That's a good idea. I looked at Discord and it looks like it is able to run on my system. I could only run such apps via laptop.
I'm a totally noob with smart phones ( I really hate touchscreens I'm a keyboard fan boy
) and only use a stone aged cell phone, so nothing smart here. But as far as my son just told me (he is the guy with the knowledge here) Discord is able to run at my laptop, I only need the browser version, because of the installed Vista.
I'm running my internet in a Vmware which is based on Vista 64 Business. This VM on the other hand runs under Windows 64 Professional which is completely isolated from the web and my real working area.
I did this at all my computers, except the ones that are in my homepit. As I get some very cheap Vista licences at ebay and Win 7 Pro was much more expensive back those days, I decided to use Vista because it only should run the internet. Not the best idea, I know, but it was a matter of money. I have just bought some new licences for W7 Pro to change this, but hadn't much desire to do it until now, cause alot has to be adjusted. Never touch a running system
