A good deal. Microcenter holds its own regarding deals.
Your 1700X is running only 0.1GHz less than my 1800X -- essentially identical. Never see or feel the difference.
I noticed that memory speed matters with Ryzen -- up to about 2400 or a bit more -- maybe 2667. It increases CPU speed in calculations and CPU benchmarks. So, you will get your money's worth running it at 2400 or a touch faster by OC with the AMD Ryzen Master application. Sometimes a BIOS memory voltage change is needed also (you may already know that).
Going from 2667 to 3000 did not add CPU speed in my system. I've not changed it in months -- so my information may not be up to date.
