I would've thought that having it on both devices and logged in it would do it on it's own. I use OneNote and it syncs instantly on it's own between a windows phone and an android phone. They do need to be online of course.

What app(s) on your Android phone are you wanting to sync to?
Which Outlook are you using on your PC?
Would running the Outlook app on your Android phone be acceptable to you? Hi, Phone is samsung galaxy s5, s7, or s8. Outlook 2007. Running outlook on the phone is fine, but they don't actually make an outlook program for the phone that has tasks and notes - they only have the calendar and email. (That being said, I don't need an all in one solution. As long as they all link with outlook locally on the computer, then that is fine). Thanks! Juggernaut

Juggernaut Maybe take a look at the other Microsoft Office Apps available on the Google Playstore. (For instance, MS OneNote is excellent for notes, and integrates tightly with Outlook on the PC. I don't know for a fact that it tightly integrates with Outlook on Android... but one would think so...) Other than that, hit the search engines with your question... there are a number of solutions for sync'ing, but as you indicated they are mixed bag on suitability for your criteria.

Yep! You log in on the same MS account and it keeps the notebooks in sync.

One Note is the bomb Wifey decided her next phone based on how One Note worked (liked it better on Android) It syncs between our phones and PCs in real time. She has seen me checking off items at the store and updated our shared list on her PC. Love that program Juggernaut, I believe you need to create an online Outlook account. It syncs between everything. And you can use Outlook 2007 to pull info Also it's free. Go to www.outlook.com and create a MS account

Just to clarify, are you saying that if I download the outlook app from MS onto my phone and create an MS account with it, then I will be able to locally sync ALL of outlook from my PC to my phone, including Tasks and Notes? Please clarify. Thanks! Juggernaut
