Taking suggestion from KBird I thought I would post some detail of rudder build. This will take a few days and hopefully will make some sense and assist community. Maybe get some advice on changes.
It is built in this 1st version all in steel. There are a bit heavy and really need to take weight out of them. However, as steel is much cheaper and was easier for neighbor and myself to work it was choice for 1st build. No ability to weld alloy for us.
They were build with only tools being: Bench Drill, Hole Saws,Files, HSS Drill, hacksaw and Welder. And elbow grease lol
A picture of basic pedals with temporary brake pedals but without the senors (TLE5010) mounted . Also included a picture of the cam. It ended up quite a bit different to what Kristof had suggested.

[Re: Barra]
Early picture of base and arms. Did not get a chance to get photo of bearing block prior to screwing up. All this done by my generous amateur engineering neighbour.

[Re: Barra]
I changed the software settings and added Magnet Offset to each axis.
Changed the results greatly. I assume these are good?
Results from VKB Joystick Tester 1Rudder 2 Left and Right Brake
and 3 Current Settings in Software
I did seem to have some issues still in flight sims and still needed to invert axis. So I am not sure if these settings are correct yet. If anyone can shed more light on them it would be appreciated.
