I'm trying to achieve the following goal.

1. Using throttle mini stick as radar cursor (X axis Y axis)

2. While joystick pinky is pressed and held down, moving the throttle ministick to upward will input keyboard UpArrow(Radar elevation up in game), and moving the ministick downward will input keyboard DownArrow(Radar elevation down in game)

I could achieve this from T.A.R.G.E.T. GUI editor but the problem is it doesnt seem to be able to disable function 1. ( that is, X axis and Y axis) while 2. condition
Therefore moving the ministick upwards while pinky is pressed to move up radar elevation, radar cursor moves up together which is extremely unconvinient.

My question is, is it possible to achieve this with NON GUI script TARGET editor?
