Okay, now that I got that out of my system, have you contacted TIR? I had the same issue years ago using what was then the latest software.... looking at my emails, I had an issue with 5.1.3 and 4.1.038 worked for me.
THIS was my forum post, but NaturalPoint Mike and I had a few email exchanges as well. I can't exactly remember how I "fixed" this problem again, but I did stcik with v.4 of the software for a while, then upgraded back to v.5 when they had a new version out.
