So is Arya just going psycho now after her Faceless Man training? I mean, we the audience know that Sansa is not a traitor and would never betray Jon so it just seems that Arya is getting a bit paranoid.

Arya is definitely got some sociopath tendencies...but shes still my favorate characters.

Another thing that bothered me, it seems anyone that die in the north automatically turn into a walker. Why didnt they just kill a prisoner and let him turn.

I'v not read the books so please bear with me. To me the show made it seem like that a soldier of the dead army would have to bite you or slash you in order for you to turn? Is that incorrect?

It's been forever since I've read the books, but I think that just dying in the north didn't turn you into a walker. I'd have to guess the Night King's magic was required, but, like all magic, his magic is growing stronger with the return of the dragons so maybe his sphere of magical influence may be expanding. The wall was made with magic, and maybe that's a magical as well as a physical barrier.

So no major character deaths in this one. Just 2 minor characters bit the bullet.


I'm guessing the major character death will be in the season 7 finale.

Because only the night king and his white walkers can raise them. During the ambush, Jon Snow killed one of the white walkers with a valyeren sword and several of the dead walkers collapsed, leaving only one intact.

Viserys the dragon didn't even come back to life until they dragged him out of the frozen lake and the night king place his hand on his head.

Just read that the final season will start shooting in October.

But talking about the show where they had a dead guy come back in the Nightwatch castle in season 3 or something. I am pretty sure the night king did not sneak into castle black to raise him.

That's what I was thinking too. I don't think the king was there for every resurrection, but I do remember a couple seasons ago someone was brought to him in some outdoor chamber where they were brought back. Otherwise, why burn the dead other than to keep them from later being brought back.

Back on Arya, she's getting a little too nutty. I wonder if the Faceless Man is going to come after her for using the skills they taught her for her own agenda? She's certainly not "nobody".

A part of me wondered if Arya died and the waif took her face...

But when she remembered all the things about her and Ned watching her shoot arrows, that made me think it really is Arya and that maybe she more or less got the permission to go on revenge spree...maybe she will pay after its all done

Also it was a live baby from Crastor that the Nightking turned in the show. He wasnt bringing back the dead

I understood that this is how white walkers are made, by turning living people. Dead people become the "troops" of the WWs. The first WW was made by the Forest Children turning a living man yes?

It seems Dany and Jon(Aegon) will rule in true Targaryan style - with brother marrying sister (or aunt marrying nephew in this case). I just want to see Jon riding a dragon.
