Every now and again, my PC would tell me it needs to shut down one program or another as my system is running out of memory. I have 16GB of RAM.... on some instances it's asking me to shut down Falcon BMS, this evening I was working on something and it didn't like Photoshop so it was asking me to shut it down. I do, and I look at my performance numbers under Task Manager and despite Photoshop being off for the last 10 minutes now, it's still showing me as using 15.9GB out of 16GB RAM. CPU usage is around 17-20%, most disk activity is 0% and C: occasionally flutters to 2% usage. Looking at processes, it says I'm using 92% Memory but the biggest usage is two Firefox windows at around 250MB, two Windows Edge windows at 120MB each, and then lots of smaller programs...
Any idea what's happening here?
