Was trying to adjust this maxfps limit from 0 to 60 but stil my game readout shows (by z key) much more FPS than the limited 60. So what is wrong here?
This cfs3.xml can be found in the default folder and does contains a ingame frame limiter.

We don't use it things have moved on somewhat since then.

Maybe set vsync on?
