I'm playing with the Ostpak Redux and I can't seem to zoom any of the main gun optics. I realise zooming isn't possible on some AFVs, but shouldn't it be possible on tanks like the Tiger?

I assume you just press Z to zoom - there are no other keys involved?

Check the key commands and verify that Z is set to toggle the magnification of the optics. The big cats did have duel magnification optics. If the key bindings are set to the key you are pressing and the unit CSV file has the correct special attributes, the camera will toggle between the 2.5x and 5x cameras.

Thanks. I hadn't noticed layout.txt in the Data folder. Checking it I see zoom is assigned to Numpad 0 (by default?) rather than Z. I should now be able to tell Sherman from shrub at long range
