There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.
Heres one from the UK that I remember being shown regularly at the cinema way back when
Asus Maximus XI Hero i9-9900K 32Gb Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR4 3200MHz MSI RTX 2080Ti Ventus Corsair H115i Corsair RM850X PSU Phanteks Evolv X Asus VG32G Monitor 2560x1440 Win 10
I can remember several TV shows where the characters on the show did the cigarette commercials. Lucy and Desi Arnaz on "I Love Lucy" , Phil Silvers as Sgt Bilko, and my favorite--Jed and Granny Clampett on the Beverly Hillbillies.

What strikes me the most about many of those 1950's-1960's vintage commercials is just how politically incorrect they are for most people today. I mean, I'm hardly a liberal but some of those commercials were so overtly sexist it's hard to believe they were even made in the first place.

Notice how much smaller coffee cups and other dishes were back in the day.

Interesting to see the Flintstones were tobacco-sponsored... had no idea.
LOL when he insults her about her coffee. Instant Divorce today.
Many were sponsored by cigarette companies. I believe Winton sponsored the show. Remember this was an 'Adult Cartoon' and a prime time show. It seems kiddie now but in the 1960s it wasn't.
I Love Lucy was also sponsored by Phillip Morris.

And what did Desi Arnaz die from? Lung cancer.

It seems so odd to watch shows and movies from that era now. As a kid it just seemed normal because most of my relatives smoked. Heck it wasn't until the late 80's that cigarettes weren't prevalent in most movies.
