One hell of a deal!

Question: Why aren't the springs greased where they join with the gimbal mounts? I always keep mine greased, and even still they only last a year or two. Extra springs are a must to keep around.

It came with an extra spring. I have had the NXT since 2008 - I took extreme care of it and did not over stress the limitations of the stick/NXT. The springs are all good due to my OCD and worrying about over stressing + I use jet sims (Falcon) with it which in my experience I barely even move the stick.
