I wonder if any one can help me I have WOFFUE and I am having a problem with my FPS first off here's my PC Spec

CPU INTEL CORE i5 4690@ 3.50 GHZ
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB with latest drivers
250 GB SSD
All std no overclocking.

My settings are in the GRAPHIC AND SOUND SETUP
ON THE LEFT FROM THE TOP 5 - 4 - 4 - 5 - 5
ON THE RIGHT FROM THE TOP 5 - 3 - 1 - 5 - 5

Now I have a new Windows 7 64 bit o/s install on a new SSD and only WOFFUE on that drive when I fired up the game yesterday I have 60 FPS steady now today I fire up and on the airfield in a campaign with the aircraft alongside me I get around low 15 to 20 FPS take off just a little better flying on my own 50 to 60.
How can I improve the on ground as it is stuttering on take off it was ok the first time round and I have not changed any thing. nothing running in the background. The SSD is super fast loading up WOFFUE twice as fast as my old HDD.

hmmmm..my rig is a bit weaker than yours. At take off I have 60fps but as soon as I get up it drops to 40+ untill I get away from the airfield.
Perhaps the "Air activity" is toooo high and number of ground objects etc.

make mistakes and learn from them

Thanks for replys guys I forgot to say I had some mods activated I have deactivated ALL mods and I now have doubled my FPS on take off to around 40 and flying 60.

Theses are the mods I had activated -

RIVERS BY OLHAM
AIRFIELDS -MODELS 1918 BY PANAMA RED
COMBINED CUSTOM AIRFIELDS BY RJW
EFFECTS MOD V1_10 BY 4LOM

Will experiment any ideas would be welcome as regarding what mods to install I do like the custom airfields with all the ground staff and vehicles it brings it to life.

Dutch when you say am I sure I have all drivers installed my Device Manager in Windows shows no flags red or yellow so all looks OK and I have the latest NVIDIA card driver.

What you have not said yet is what is your Airfield Complexity setting ???

Airfield FPS loss are as ranked:
1. Airfield trees
2. Aircraft
3. Buildings
4. Vehicles, troops

CPU = i9 11900K
GPU = RTX 3080 Ti
Monitor = ASUS ROG Swift PG32UQX 2160p G-sync

Just activated these only and all is ok frames up to 40-50 on airfield -

Only these activated -

Rivers BY OLHAM
0 - AIRFIELD-MODELS FOR AIRFIELDS V6 BY PR
1 - 1918 ALL AIRFIELDS - FULL TREES POPULATED BY PR

Looking very nice I will add ONLY one at a time in future.

Try turning the V Sinc to Force Off in Workshops. I did this and it increased my FPS about three fold.

I can tell you that within the combined custom airfields mod, the are some airfields of considerable complexity and these ones will generate more FPS hits when you fly near or crom them. The area around Roucort for example has several airfields and a well populated village all in close proximity and you will notice FPS drop in this area. It should not be enough to impact immersion unless you have a very low end system or encounter a large furball over this area.

In most instances this mod should not impact your pefformance.

Best Regards

I concur with this. I have a vastly superior WOFF experience with V-Sync off. Tested on a few different pc's and Miles better overall performance, and zero stuttering and even with V-Sync off I don't get any screen tear.

Thanks for the help guys I have it sorted now turned off V-Sync a quick mission and had some very high FPS.

I would like to say to any one that a HDD drive a SSD is one big step forward in loading times of OFF no more sitting waiting for things to happen like cut and paste in Windows it is now very fast, for the record my SSD is a Samsung V-NAND 850 EVO 250 GB, I am now saving up for a 500gb to go with it a little pricy for me but they are worth it in my opinion.
