I'm playing WoFF campaign and i was shoot down some aircrafts and balloons.
but i can't claims those victories. when i report claim then 'Processing error - check log for details' message pop up. so i can't have any victories and claim.

how can i fix this problem?

Have you filled witness field? Even if nobody witnessed, you must fill it.

yes, i have chosen who wingman or flying leader for witness field. but same message pop up...

Looks like you are running in Japanese or Chinese OS? See the WOFF UE FAQ regarding non-english OS.

my system is Window 7 64bit korean. and i was aleady changed language settings follow that FAQ. but i still have same problem.

Somethign seems to wrong here:

I would recommend reinstall of WOFF UE. It seems there is damaged Report form :-(.

Change language to English, un-install, re-install as per section 17 of the WOFF UE FAQ document.
