Modders Alert!!!!.....any possible command function that will cause wingies to find other game aside from the one I'm working on? I'm aware that in a melee everyone takes a shot at anything going....me included. But A: I'd love to not collide with wingies when I'm hot on the trail, and B: I'd love to have some command that made them break off to find their own targets. Perhaps a Command M....for "my meat", or a Command F, for "f--k off, and find your own", or perhaps a Shift Command M to remind myself to be mature and let the kids in for a kill. Love to see this as a choice short of aborting the mission.......thx all

It can be frustrating but I look at it this way Gaw1,

As a human player my skill is more or less constant, I won't get much better than I am by shooting down a plane or two but the AI members of my flight will improve with every victory they get, thus letting them finish off a plane not only lessens my risk of colliding with them in the pursuit but it also contributes to making them more useful to me in the future.

It's a long war, there will be plenty of chances for victories.

Also, your wingman won't be looking for any hand signals from you in the midst of a dogfight. The accounts that I've read make it sound like every man is just trying desperately to not get shot or collide with someone else.

I've had the misfortune to be reprimanded for shooting at my own flight members when they got in the way of me and my target! I've even purposely shot at my own guys to get them out of the way. Heck... they won't help when I'm being chased by bad guys so why should I let them get my victory? Yes... I drink beer by myself a lot! lol
