Ok So i got it to work, I am flying as myself with my own face as the pilot, only problem is that the image is off slightly is there any template so you can add you own picture more easily?
Not sure how a template eases the operation. You'd still have to accurately re-size and position the face you want to use. I have never seen a template for this.
Maybe the issue is that I do not understand your description of "off slightly". Can you please post a screenshot.

But...won't you always have to size and position the face properly? If you put in the face a few pixels to the side, or if its too big/small it will still be screwy.
