Javier Arango. Just the nicest, most accessible guy. Hosted the League of WW1 Aviation Historians at his airport a few years back. Let us crawl around everything and even roared around in a Camel for us. Great writer and lecturer, including at the League's convention in Dayton. A big loss.

"Roared" is an overstatement. A Camel sounds like a cross between slow-popping popcorn and a lawnmower.

Here is a lecture featuring Javier, at the Museum of Flight. He takes the stage about 19:40.

Jim, thank you for sharing. One does not realize the loss to WWI aviation until watching the video. My condolences to his family.
