Using TSH3.06. The HUD and NFLIR mdi screens don't show a VV, or the ILS cross when landing. Is that normal or is this a bug? If it's normal, how are these screens of any use?

Never heard of this being an issue. It may depend on your windows version but I certainly don't know.

Search sim hq and see if you come up with something.

No luck searching. I've looked through a lot of screen shots too and haven't seen anything.

I flew a few minutes last night to have a look at my system. I'm on TSH 4.02 and I experienced the same behaviour as you. I've never noticed this before as the only time I would duplicate the HUD display in a MDI is if my real HUD was inoperative due to battle damage. However for the FLIR MDI page, I wouldn't expect a VV indicator or ILS cross hairs. The FLIR is more a targeting pod than an aid to navigation or flight.
