And I have no idea what that would be. I do have a number but that would be for WOFF 3 and not for WOFF UE. So how do I validate this installation?

The number I have from the emails is #49XXXXXXXXXXXX or maybe without the # sign. Anyway, it doesn't work.

On your invoice when you purchased WOFF UE, there is a line that says:
Thank you for your order! (Order no. XXXXXXXX)

That is your the number you type in when starting WOFF UE. It is eight digits long and no # in front of it.

As Panama says, the order number is pretty clear in several places. It's mention in all emails you get.

The problem is that I did not pay for this download. I was sent a link and used that. How come I installed WOFFUE on one drive perfectly well and yet cannot install it on a different drive without this magic number?

The order was paid for by Steve Larson aka RAF_Louvert. I have all the emails he sent me and there is no mention in them anywhere of an order number. One email contained a link DELETED - by Polovski PLEASE DO NOT POST LINKS TO DOWNLOADS OF THE PRODUCT!

which I used to download WOFFUE. I installed that software without having to put in any Avangate number at that time. When I try to install the software now it asks for this number which I don't have.

If you pm me with your email address I will forward all the emails I received from Steve and Avangate and OBD about this installation.

Maybe Steve has this magic number somewhere?

That is not true you cannot install WOFF UE without imputting the order number - you installed it once, therefore you had the number.

Now you don't, I can't help with that Jim you need to contact Steve and see if he has the original order number.

Our support email address it's not changed, see the website Support section. However we can't give you an order number that someone else purchased. Steve bought it for you it's he who would know what the order is etc.

I only posted that link to show it was a gift URL. If you had tried it you would have found it doesn't work. So check up before SHOUTING. Thankyou.

Jim I don't give a monkeys if the link is broken now, Others may follow your idea and post live lnks, order numbes whatever. So I'll carry on shouting at anyone that does that.

Send the order number to support email address. That's the only place I will discuss problems with orders.
However, my point still stands if it's a gift the order is still with the original person.

Hey Polovski! Long time no see. I am having order reference # problems also. The software tells me that my order reference # is invalid. I ordered the download and DVD. I installed the program from the download and got an error that "there is no disk in the drive" that I couldn't get resolved so I uninstalled it. Re-installed it today and got the invalid order # error.
