Good day Gents, In the attached screenshot I have two issues. One, the right side of the mapping screen is cut off so that I cannot choose a different controller. My main problem is that there are 16 buttons but I can only program the 8 shown under current bindings. I have tried recalibrating and setting to "use with older games".
I used to be able to program all. Not sure which edition of WOFF or patch that this changed. It is the same on Windows 7 and Windows 10 system.
Thanks in advance for any advice. Mark

Hi Mark, can't you left click on the the black bar at the top of the Windows settings and drag the window so you can see the buttons etc? Why can't you choose other controller? Calibrating wont fix buttons. I don't have a TM1600 but you likely need use its own utility software to program the other joystick buttons into "key presses". Then assign these buttons (which act like keys then) to functions in the WOFF keys mapping tool.
Pol, It is moved over as far as it will go. I checked and Thrustmaster has a utility download for its products. I will see if I can wade through it! Thanks Pol.

MFair, the extra buttons (higher than 8) will show up in the list once you bind them to do something. You need to pick the function to be bound first. A prompt will come up to press a key, or a joystick button. Press the button on the joystick you want to be bound and that binding will show up in the list. As an experiment I bound the map to button 14 and it showed up in the list.
As for picking other devices when the menu is cut off, you should still be able to select. Just click in the selection window below the list - typically a pull down menu would have come up if you could see the entire window, but you can still flip between them. just use the up and down arrows on your keyboard to switch the devices. HTH.

The joystick is meant to report how many buttons it has. Other sticks do so.when our config program asks. So could be Microsoft issue or TM1600 driver issue - probably best to check with TM guys too.
I didn't understand what you meant, but yeah you have to actually attempt to bind them before you know if they will work and they show up.
The other issue doesn't make sense but sounds like you have an small screen or unusual screen res MFair? Possible a TV monitor they have all sort of weirdness :D,
Pol, As a computer dummy sometimes it is hard for me to explain on my part. At any rate, using Fullofit's method it works like a charm. I can now program all of my buttons. Got to love this forum. As far as the cut off workshop, I was pretty sure it was my setup. 50" 4G tv. Works like a charm on my rig as far as flying though. Not a real problem as the controller in the box is the joystick. The rudder pedals work fine so no need to do anything with them.
Again Gents, thank you all for your help, Mark
