PS and ADDENDUM: I played A LOT of Skyrim on my rig with a z-97 MSI PC-Mate motherboard, 8 GB of RAM, a GTX 670, and the Pentium G3258, and I had no major problems, and just a bit less performance than my rig that had an i5-3570k, a GTX 760, and 16 GB ram. I have NOT played WOFF:UE on a rig with the G3258, but my rig that I use still has the aforementioned i5-3570, now with a GTX 1060 (6 GB), and still 16 GB RAM. I "lightly" overclocked the G3268 to 3.6 to 3.8 Ghz and never had a problem (air cooled with an extra fan to help intake)...when I look at other benchmark websites, this one in particular
http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Pentium-G3258-vs-Intel-Core-i5-3570K/2434vs1316 , claims the i5-3570k has only a 2% increase in single core performance, and if I remember correctly, WOFF:UE utilizes only a single core (it is a DX9 game...I believe Skyrim was too [I know it could be played on Windows XP!])....hypothetically, your performance with the G3258 might be similar to the i5-3570k, although other benchmark websites show a bit of a larger gap in performance. Either way, the G3258 is a great chip for the price, and my hunch is that there is a good chance you can play WOFF:UE well...you *might* consider 16 GB of RAM, but I have the feeling it will not help all that much (on another tangent, I wonder if using RAMDisk would help WOFF:UE performance)....lastly, if the G3258 does not work well...you could save up for a better chip (like the aforementioned i5-4670k) and sell your G3258 on ebay (like I did)
