Hi kids, After the prolonged fight with the Mirage, it was good to have a little 'palate cleanser'. This is the 5th of the superb Bandai Star Wars kits I have built. I decided to have a go at lighting, with the simple but very effective lighting kit from Tirydium Models. I should have shot against a black background really, but haven't got any thing suitable. "I count twenty guns - some on the surface, some on the towers" Thanks for looking!
Gareth UNDERSTEER - is when you hit the wall with the front wing. OVERSTEER - is when you hit the wall with the back wing. HORSEPOWER - is how fast you hit the wall. TORQUE - is how far you can take the wall with you. Read my scale modelling blog at www.latibuliser.com or mfhmazda787.com

That's a great looking scene, and well done work!

The opinions of this poster are largely based on facts and portray a possible version of the actual events. More dumb stuff at http://www.darts-page.comFrom Laser: "The forum is the place where combat (real time) flight simulator fans come to play turn based strategy combat."

Hi Everyone, Thanks for the comments.
I haven't got any shots of the front Ice, I'll see if I can get you one next time I get the camera out.

Hi Blade, There's a little battery holder (2 X CR2032s) and a switch under the base of the gun tower and the wiring passes up the support tube. It's a ready made kit from Tirydium Models - add batteries, install as you build the model, switch on! No soldering necessary. I was surprised how long the batteries last, I forgot to turn it off one night and it was still running a good 8 hours later.
