Just ran across this amazing collection of the best Chuck covers ever. The Beatles, The Stones, Paul Simon, Beach Boys and a whole lot more taking on the king. It shows great musicians having fun and honoring the great one at the same time.

Be sure to check out Springsteen's cover You Never Can Tell with the great Paul Shaffer on piano. Another one that really hit hard was Motorhead doing Let it Rock on the Letterman show, again Paul Shaffer really makes that piano sing. Judas Priest takes on Johnny B. Goode as the most unique cover. Jimi Hendrix also has a fun run with his version of Johnny B. Goode and shows why he was the greatest guitar player of all time.

Many, many more and a must watch before it is removed (wish there was a blue ray of this somewhere).

I've always loved the covers done by the Beatles, Stones, and Beach Boys.

That was Fox really playing the guitar in that movie. Here he is onstage with Coldplay doing it again.

Not his voice, though. I forget who the "ghost singer" was.

Yes, first I was surprised to learn that he did his own guitar work in Back to the Future and then I found this video with him playing it again recently (2016) onstage with Coldplay. I was moved and now keep this video to watch on those days when I feel I have too many problems.

Anyone remember the film he did where he played a lot of guitar? Right before BTTF2?

Light of Day. That was it. Also had Joan Jett and Michael McKean.

Gives way and suddenly it’s day again
The sun is in the east
Even though the day is done
Two suns in the sunset, hmph
