I just had a GameRanger session with ShoGun and he was unable to run Little BoB online.
He was almost at re-installation stage, but a solution was found just in time.
Little BoB V3 is a small theatre with 92 targets of which 42 are bases.
In the "eaw.ini" file multiplayer settings are saved- these are mine:

============================
[NETOPTION]
Year=2
SkillLevel=2
MissionType=4
BattleSize=0
Weather=1
NoAI=0
StartOnGround=0
AllowRespawn=1
Target=76
FriendlyPrimaryHB=27
FriendlySecondaryHB=27
EnemyPrimaryHB=13
EnemySecondaryHB=13
FriendlySecondaryPL=0
EnemyPrimaryPL=0
EnemySecondaryPL=0
AI_PlaneUpdateRate=350
PlayerPlaneUpdateRate=35
ClockSyncRate=140
Sleep=400
Day=29
TimeOfDay=3
========================

ShoGun's problem is that he had been playing a large theatre previously, and some of the values for the target and the four bases in his "eaw.ini" were bigger than the "92" and "49" possibilities in Little BoB.
So his exe spat the dummy when it was asked to find a non-existent bases or a non-existent target.

That is why there is a special "zero" function in the MP manager which sets the target and the four base values to zero. When ShoGun used it the problem was solved.

As I was hosting my settings were used in any case.

This is always a possibility when multiplayer sessions switch from a large theatre with 300+ targets to a small one such as Little BoB with only 92.
