That is interesting guys. As a comparison, have you downloaded my d3d8 mod and tried that? The Readme file explains how to edit it.
Would be interested in hearing your comparison.

If you are talking about modifying AnKor's d3d8.ini file, I already do that to get the headshake that you can see in Youtube videos, not what comes standard with AnKor's d3d8.ini file.

The d3d8 mod is made from the latest version of WOFF (V4.14).
The readme file that comes with the mod will help users who dont currently have your skills and in addition will allow them to swap in and out their changes without affecting the stock version in the latest WOFF update.
It does allow for headshake.
Does that explain it clearly for you?
