I will release the new files for Little BoB- a new exe, a new EAW_RRD.dat file and some convoy/graphics files in the near future. However, before I can do that I need to add a couple of sea convoys to the system smile

I have been experimenting with transparencies to give the roads an irregular edge smile

Russ, I urge you to try making a planeset.

It's an easy learning curve and once mastered all sorts of fun opportunities arise. You are no longer constrained by what some producer decided should be the plane mix.

You could fly the BOB with a bunch of pre-war bi-planes or conversely, with post-45 jets.

Or add Italian planes to the mix.

Basically anything that's in the inventory can be selected for any scenario.

I'm a week or so away from releasing a "rarebird" inventory so you could do ground attack missions in Sea Fury off the carrier in the English channel. Or see how an F8F would fare against a TA-152.

Play whatever and where ever your imagination can take you.

Heck, even paranoids have enemies.

I ended up adding some extra targets for sea convoys, so rather than make a patch I have a new theatre.

There is a "LittleBoB_V2.exe" at MediaFire
Run it in the UAW150V4 folder
It will install the "Little BoB V2" folder with all the new stuff.
It will put a "44-Little BoB V2" file for selection in the "LongDirSets" folder.
It will put a "160V20NewMap.exe" in the "EAW Versions" folder.

I have been using Planeset 10 for Little BoB testing.
You can see what is set-up in the attached jpg wink

The new set-up
This is the tilemap based on height.
The white lines are "railway" lines, but the ones on the sea are flagged as sea convoys.
Some of the ones on land are railways, others are roads with the new textures.

I have added four convoy targets, two axis and two allied.
If you fly an allied mixed interdiction to the convoy target off the western coast of France after attacking the convoy you can fly due east and you will cross a two track railway line, and ground pound some trains,
If you then head further east you will hit two roads, and ground pound some trucks.

This theatre is not really a BoB one, but it covers the main area in which the Battles of Britain took place in smile
The full area is 148x95 tiles, but it includes a 16 tile border to accommodate the "EAW wall", so the real playing area is 116x63 tiles.
It is still a WIP, but the focus is for some online run with lots of ground pounding possibilities.

The Multiplayer utility is useful for single missions

I have made several test railways for Little BoB, so using the utility lets me load one.
This is much better than overwriting a good EAW_RRD.DAT file with a newer version and then finding that there is a problem wink
