How to transfer or copy FRAPS to the new one or just buy it again ?

Do I need to copy the skins pack or is WOFF EU complete ? I will be buying the disk in a few days.

As for the Fraps question, just go to the Fraps website, click on the link "members area", login with the email address and password that you used when you bought it, and there will be a download link to the latest version. Download that and install it on your new pc.

Definitely download the skins pack again as it has additional skins since the last one.
As for FRAPS, If you have saved the original download installer you can migrate it to the new computer and run it. If not, hopefully you still have the e-mail confirmation from when you got it last time and that should have the info you need for getting a new download. You may have to contact them and provide the original email confirmation.
