Woof. Some of my favourite games. Thx for heads-up.

I want an H&D 3. I've played the first two a million times already! I still have the original box and discs for H&D 2 and the add-on.

That is a great news, these are fantastic games! I hope Vietcong will also appear on GOG soon.

Now if the first H&D games get remastered with current DX11/DX12 graphics then I'd pay good money for those. I can dream.

I loved the first Vietcong! H&D I have them both (they're just what I would want in a game and hope for a third iteration too or remaster alike) but never really played, like 99% of my collection. Worth a mention for ones that want to fiddle with the original deluxe version (main title and expansion combined but Hakenkreuz removed) before buying the greatly improved second, it is still available FOR FREE.

I guess you're waiting for the day you retire or win the Lotto so you can then have the time to play those games?

I think I need a hundred days like that, seen how long I take to complete the occasional game I play... rolleyes

I got quite a few games completed in my 18 months of unemployment, Fallout 3 and NV, Skyrim, and so on...but not nearly as many as I thought I would, honestly.

As for H&D, without working MP the games are considerably lessened. SP-only it was better than the SP in OFP/Arma, but not markedly so.

I'm happy to see them get to GOG. They deserve to be there. I still have my original HD2 and Vietcong installed but I'll definitely get the GOG versions some time. These games by Illusion Softworks/2KCzech are some of my favorite games too. H&D1 and 2, Mafia and Vietcong. I recently tried installing Mafia on my pc because I want to play it again. It installed like a champ but I can't get the game to start no matter what I tried. Hopefully it will come to GOG as well. For me Hidden and Dangerous is absolutely all about the single player. That's the most important to me and I think that's where the games shine and excel the most. The lead guy for Illusion Softworks and Mafia is now part of the Warhorse Studios making Kingdom Come:Deliverance which I backed and is looking exciting. It'd be nice if they can get their old IPs back and do a Mafia reboot based on the original which is the best in my opinion or remake it and make it even bigger as well as bring us a Hidden and Dangerous 3!

H&D2 certainly has MP. I had a great time in it.

Jedi is referring to the GOG version, not the original release.

I think the last time I loaded up H&D2 several years ago I tried and failed to get MP to work multiple times.

I tried to play it SP after that but it just seemed hollow by comparison to coop, even though there were some missions like the solo swimming insertion to the ship that were never coop.

Great games! GOG also released Commandos 2 a couple of years ago, together with Commandos 1 and Beyond the Call of Duty expansion. These games, along with H&D, are among my favourite games of all time!

In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!

There are some hardcore Hidden & Dangerous fans that still, play online. Not many, but it is not dead.

This site is where I usually re-download the patches if I need them. Its everything H&D and it still seems to be somewhat active.
