Wow, that's a huge update.
With all the requests for it the Mobile friendly fix should go over really well too.

fyi; SimHQ might eventually want to try IPFS. Its a distributed web system. Sort of like bit torrent, it has secure P2P content delivery. Sites can be archived, distributed and viewed without www. by using IPFS https://ipfs.io/.
Some people also use GIT Hub to archive.

I hope the overall look and feel stays the same. I like SimHQ's layout. I much prefer it to the mobile first websites of today. And I hate mobile forums, and prefer using the desktop versions on my phone.

The thread preview popup is annoying as hell.

Yes, congrats on the upgrade, and it actually seemed to be pretty seamless, as far as the actual data and availability goes. My info seems to be largely intact, no threads were lost, and even signature info is still there.

That said, I'll be "that guy" and bring up an complaint, in case it's something that can be updated - the Index link at the bottom of a thread page was very helpful, because you could go back to whatever sub-forum you had been in when you opened a thread (i.e., after reading a thread in CH, I could just click that after reading the last post and go back to CH). Now I think I need to go back to the top of the page to do that. If there's a way to bring that back, it would be great!
