Way over in Perth, Western Aus...
I shot down a Ka-27 Helix with guns yesterday. I was surprised to watch it inflate some airbags on its sides and autorotate down to the sea surface and float... pretty cool...







This is the other one I damaged that managed to survive (winchester 20mm...)

They can say what they want about DCS...but that is a very cool little detail to put on an ai helicopter. Makes me wonder what other little goodies are out there.
