I haven't flown the Clipper much recently but needed to do some mining to unlock a couple of engineers so I thought it was a good opportunity to bring the Clipper out of retirement. It is working well and I am now hooked on mining.
What used to be different on the rings? I guess they reduced complexity to make it easier on lesser gpus.
Much thicker, more 'dust'. They brought back most of the dust, which looks great when the light hits it, but the rings are so thin now. Do a search for Elite Dangerous Beta rings to see some examples, felt like the asteroid field in Empire Strikes Back.

I sold the Beluga, it was actually quite a fun ship to fly, turns quite fast even if top speed is rather low. Jump range wasn't really a problem, I had a good fuel scoop and generally took passenger missions under 30ly. Using a ship launched fighter was quite cool too. But I felt the need for speed and moved back to something faster...
