Good day Gents. The grimlen returns.

Was having an issue with WOFFUE freezing on the "loading" screen. Updated drivers and everything worked fine last night.

Today, installed "skins" file from my backup and also newest patch. Now I have the same problem. The skin file downloaded and said finished but I only show 4600+ skins in the campaign data file.

No mods. Windows 7. Been flying WOFF on this puter for a long time. One thing I did notice that I have not noticed before is when the loading screen comes up I can see part of the gas mask from the previous screen under neath it. May be normal and I have not noticed it.

Any suggestions? Reinstall and use new skin download?

Update. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same outcome.

MFair, 4600 skins means you don't have all of them installed. Should be about 6839 give or take and the Skins folder should be 17.8 GB in size. Not sure, maybe the skins that come with WOFF UE didn't get installed?

Fullofit , that's what I thought. I uninstalled and made a fresh install without skins and patch since it worked fine that way since updating Nvidia drivers. Same problem. Thanks Bud!

MFair make sure you install the skins from our website for UE, if you use an older skin pack with UE you may be missing some as more were removed from the default install for UE to fit on DVD etc.

If you are using the latest pack then something is screwed on the PC, or something interfered with install of skins, and maybe WOFF. AV?

Check disk for errors, if overclocking turn it right down or preferably off (run at standard/default speed)to test. That can also affect GPU and its output and memory (random issues).
