20mm german flak is not manned shoots unmanned - old object so my guess is that it never had the crew modeled
during campaigns some ai planes don't bomb just return back to base - Not new and not just campaigns. If the object the flight is attacking is destroyed before the other planes in the flight attack it they will break off and fly home with the ordnance. Setting multiple GATTACK waypoints for the flight can minimize this problem but it does make the AI planes more suicidal.

This includes any waypoint that was skipped because of combat or diversions from the flight path. The only way around this is to command the flight yourself and order the flight to fly to the next waypoint.

sometimes ai stops in middle of taxi way after landing and other planes hit it. - This is a map issue. On the map are spawn/stay points where the Player aircraft spawns in dogfight mode and the AI park in Single, Campaign, and COOP play.
Here is an example of the problem at the Sulecin airfield on the Berlin map (Grid O-4 (141.0 x 34.0)). Other maps that use the same airfield layout have this exact same error.
The Staypoint and taxi line are reversed in one location.
This causes the planes to crash into one another when that stay point is utilized.
