All flyers and fellow simmers, greetings! I am currently in the finishing stages of a comprehensive weather mod for WOFF UE and am looking for comments and feedback about weather in the game. Part one of my "weather" mod will soon be available in the Mods forum, and consists of replacements for the current WOFFHistoricalWeather files for 1915 - 1918. In the meantime, and in order to correct for a few minor errors in the weather files for those who may not wish to use a mod, I have received permission from Pol (until a patch is released) to post links to corrections I have made to the historical weather files for 1917 and 1918. I have made no other alterations to these files, save these few corrections. You can get the files here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nprz9bdzr0f8tlp/OFFHistoricalWeather1917.txt?dl=0 and here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5l4t180oelnp1n8/OFFHistoricalWeather1918.txt?dl=0 Simply paste (after backing up the originals) these two files into your OBDWW1 Over Flanders Fields\campaigns\campaignData\weather folder. Keep in mind that these are my work, are NOT official in any way, and cannot be supported by the developers of WOFF. Nevertheless, I am confident that the files are accurate, and will not harm your installation in any way. In my weather mod, I plan to fix these minor errors, as well as modify the files to create (hopefully) an even more realistic depiction of the weather that existed during the period of the Great War in western Europe. The mod aims to hew very closely to the original WOFF historical weather files, with the addition of information from both Bletchley's and Herr Prop_Wasche's weather mods from OFF. Later, I also hope to add (with the assistance of Panama Red and a few others) a few more cloud types. Along these lines, if anyone has any comments or observations they would like to make about the weather as it appears in the game, or if they wish to share any knowledge about the actual weather during the period, please feel free to let me know and I will try to incorporate them into the mod.

It should, as these are simply text changes to the weather "database." However, the clouds and sky will obviously be affected by whatever graphic mod you choose to use.

Oh, sure, the fence! Must be a white picket fence.

Oh, sure, the fence! Must be a white picket fence. Do we have those in WOFF? No, I meant the old famous titanium fences. That's why the St. Bernard can't get to the other side. (Not unlike a certain chicken.)
