We'll have a bunch of new missions for tonight, i've done a couple and saghens done one as well, all using mostly new toys!! So come and join us!

Well I've tried again. Used Swifty successfully when the new mudpack was announced. But now get an error within swifty stating that access to the modfile is denied.

If you used it successfully a week ago, did you download it then? Or are you saying that you didn't download it and are having trouble getting it now?

I'm not sure we can do much for you 1.5 hours ahead of game time, but if you come on early, perhaps meatshield or somebody will be available to assist.

My downloads are still going. If the green bar at the top is right, still a bit to go.

No I had it Saghen. Worked fine. CBA, RHS all loaded fine. Of course there was no SimHQ server running so I couldn't test it but it seemed to work. However, an hour ago, when I tried to load the mods using the Steam/Arma loading screen it crashed to desktop. I then loaded Swifty and got "access denied" when it attempted to update mod. I didn't ask it to but that's what it wanted to do. I finally just dumped everything and reinstalled swifty. I now says that the server linked above is "(404) not found".

Smokin... above when I wrote "still going" I didn't mean at this second. I am having to do some other real-life stuff at the moment instead of downloading.

So it's certainly possible the site is down/unavailable, just as it's reporting to you.

No I understood completely adlabs. And thanks. Swifty got a bug up it's arse and it took me a couple of hours to figure out how to reinstall it without reattaching to the old bugs. Downloading now... See you next week.

phoar that was a brutal session!! After leading saghens missions to vicotry, we headed to the new desert map and got our arses kicked well and truly, seems the ai have improved a bit!! good fun though!!

Yeah, we got ambushed bad. The haze/dust also seemed to bother our accuracy more than theirs, so that was a major headache.

My mission seemed too easy and we were running around individually and not supporting each other. Gonna need to tweak it for next time.

There does seem to be an element of randomization where the AI can be a pushover one time and a serious threat the next in many of these missions.
