...problem with a new pilot I created flying in SK Sachsenberg May 1915. All campaign missions fail to start - error screen below. Quick combat missions load with no problems. Other campaign pilots that I currently have active are working fine....

Harry;

Have you tried removing all your mods and then starting the mission again?
That would eliminate the mods as being a contributor to the problem.
