Thanks to the great feedback (above), I realized I still had a boatload of spelling and grammar issues to fix so I have given the mod a complete going over with spellcheck and fixed lots of other minor issues too. Please upgrade to this latest version.

If you guys see more issues (typos, whatever) I appreciate hearing about it. There is a lot of data in this mod and it is painstaking to check, so having other people report problems really helps.

I have found a few other minor typos myself in the last few days so I will get out a new version soon. There will probably be a few more typos to pop up, but seems like all is in pretty decent shape now. If version 4.3 is showing on my first post then the new version is 'up'.

Edit: Good catch! I appreciate the sharp eyes. Problem confirmed and fixed. It will be corrected in next version. I am still adding articles to the mod as time allows, so a newer version will hopefully appear in the not too distant future.

It has about 20 more news articles compared to the previous version, and a few small error fixes.

Hi Guys: Version 4.5 of the News Mod is now posted ... I have updated the link in the original posting.

All the new improvements in this version are thanks to BuckeyeBob. He has contributed about 17 more articles to the newspaper and made a whole lot of great edits and additions to the existing stories. It's super good stuff and many thanks to him for polishing a lot of the blemishes out of my previous work!!

This new version now has 710 news articles (1915=140, 1916=220, 1917=172, and 1918=178).
