Way over in Perth, Western Aus...
Copped some very loud cockpit damage and saw pieces actually fly off... scared me... upon external F2 view assessment saw this damage and a popped front tyre too...

Yeah DCS, been playing around with the A-10A trying the cluster munitions etc...

I think the CBU-87 is a bit broken in CCIP you have to aim a bit past the target. Effects are minimal too from it but maybe it isn't that powerful?

The CBU-97 is better. Can only release it CCRP (maybe only how it's meant to be?). Can watch the canisters on parachutes etc.. before the skeets shoot out.. 97 more effective than the 87.

Pity there aren't any Mk-20 Rockeyes for the A-10A... Also pity there isn't a GW1 Desert Storm map - would be great for the A-10A...

I can't hit much with CBUs, and I've tried different altitudes, CCRP and CCIP, and even adjusted release timing on paired releases, and the area they cover always seems very small.
