OK I'm getting say 34 FPS yet when I go to x12 I'm still getting about 22FPS and even more confusing for awhile x4 speed was giving me 10+ FPS extra than normal speed!!

SO it seems something is holding back the FPS maybe?

My normal FPS:
Normal - 115
2x - 70
4x - 50
8x - 35
12x - 16

And it does not deviate much from this.

CPU = i9 11900K
GPU = RTX 3080 Ti
Monitor = ASUS ROG Swift PG32UQX 2160p G-sync

I have an AMD6300 will clock to 4.2ghz during game, 8gig mem, and a AMD480 8gig card @ 1330mhz usinf a 144hz Freesync 24inch monitor res 1900x1080

Only with WOFFUE do I get disappointing results after upgrading from a AMD270 2 gig card.

These FPS results strike me as odd..surely if your getting say 26FPS at x6 speed you should then be getting more than just a 10FPS or so increase dropping down to normal speed..

I don't know your circumstances Wodin, but one thing comes to mind and that is the FPS is very dependent on where in the WOFF world you are flying. FPS drain can be significant depending on the complexity of the area you are in. Try to always duplicate the location and direction you are flying when testing in order to keep commonality during the test.
This doesn't answer your question but will help with consistency during your tests.

Wodin, Considering the power of your rig I must say that these are disappointing numbers frown

Have you looked into your advanced graphics card setting to see if vertical sync is on? If it is, you might try disabling it. I have an Nvidia GTX950 4GB with a very modest i3 @3.6gHz (not O/C'd) and I'm getting consistently over 100FPS. Nvidia has a "fast" mode for vertical sync which means there is no tearing with vertical sync off. Dunno if AMD cards have a similar feature, but the result was a dramatic increase in framerate for me with WOFF UE.

Hope this helps.

I've noticed that the FPS vary greatly from plane to plane, not to mention where you are and what the weather is.

Solved it..it was stupid Cool&Quiet Bios enabled. Never liked it. Obviously throttling back the CPU speed which was limiting frame rates. All fine now and FPS I'm happy with.
