Exciting news. I hope it's true! (Yes I know it's the Daily Mail ... smile2)

Nice quote from Jerry Pournelle smile2 :

The question becomes, given the magnitude of this, why is it a surprise? We have 21 expensive intelligence agencies; not one of them knew the Chinese orbited an EM Drive? Of course it will be a while before we can do orbital tests. We have no rockets. That’s preparedness. Perhaps Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos can help? This is a signal larger than Sputnik. If the Intelligence Community knows about Russian hacking, why doesn’t it know about Chinese testing of a reactionless drive?

Let's repeat this class... There is no such thing as free energy. You cannot create energy for free. What comes out, must have gone in. Can we put this em drive to rest at some point in the near future?

And NASA,don't get me started. I'm starting to put them right there in the same category as Chinese propaganda department These kooks have put out so many overhyped, give us more money please we found life press releases.. and now to even have their good name associated with this em drive is a shame. Can we revoke their funding and subsidize some private space exploring companies?

The Internet is just so full of BS anymore. I don't believe a single word of anything, regardless where it came from.

What on earth makes you think none of the intel agencies knew about this?!?

Because they didn't email you right away?!

Because they aren't commenting on it now?

C'mon, intel agencies are NOT in the business of informing the public. They are in the business of informing Govt, military, police and border security.

Maybe this EM experiment is so "early days" that it's not really worth getting excited about.

DeGeus was working on the self-powering electric battery. It's believed he was killed by one of two methods:

"The standard method of assassination to provide a certified autopsy report of "death by natural causes" is the little EM beam "shooter" using the Venus ECCM technique i.e., warping of its wavefront to destroy the body's control of its heartbeat"
