LINK Fudge just sent me the link to this .. not sure what it is but downloading ... seems to be a 5v5 PVP base on arma

Dont think of it as being vastly outnumbered ... but just having a large target selection.

The only thing more accurate than incoming fire, is incoming friendly fire

Compete as part of a 5-man unit across 3 different game modes: Clash, Link, and Raid - with each match consisting of multiple quick rounds. In Clash, two units battle over territory, divided into sectors, in a series of combat engagements. The objective in Link is to capture a chain of control points faster than the enemy. Raid divides the competing units into attack and defense, and tasks the attacking unit with finding the right data terminal at one of three possible locations to download important files. In each of the three game modes, players also have the option to capture a paradrop, which can dramatically change the tide of battle - adding yet another tactical element to the confrontation.

sssooooo its basicly a stand alone version of the 'end game' scenario. I bet they've done this to try and get in on the E games stuff.

nice idea with this reimagined oldschool Malden map. Looks like this one comes for free to Arma3 as well.

It feels like they toned down some ArmA stuff. - No fancy stances and all at least, or am I doing it wrong? Not sure I like 'ArmA Lite', but as a family guy it's nice to have a well populated game mode that doesn't require voice comms or two hours to play time.

Still digging this a lot. It's like a bite-sized ArmA, shortish games but all the mechanics of ArmA minus the vehicles (and the MP-hassle of mods).

Doesn't seem to be a smash hit exactly though. confused
