I recken they could get it.
As I have previously stated, IMO Ssnake has nothing to apologise for he simply followed Esims procedures.
The Author of the original post basically wanted something for nothing if you lose something or it gets stolen that's down to you.
To expect a company to replace it is unreasonable.
But then try to rubbish a company and a respected representative of that company with a excellent record in customer service out of spite was appalling. IMO
And for the record the guy who started this topic bought a second hand esim dongle which I thought was hypocritical when he was telling people to stay away form them
