Hi Devs - not sure if this is correct place to post this

I am currently truly 'learning the ropes' with my first DID campaign career and so so enjoying it all

Wallace Pickleworth enlisted Oct 19 1915

completed his training at Sutton's Farm

with RFC-13 flew several missios out of Vert Galand

transfer to RFC-16 Merville

all flights in B.E.2.C. (13 missions, 20.07 hrs)

I LOVE the varied and unique weather and lighting on each excursion and marvel at all the beauty of it all ... BUT my 'bird' seems to have a graphical glitch that kicks me out of the fantastic immersion

on underside of top left wing I get a light blue 'sky patch' on canvas like there is some reflection bleed or something strange (obviously I noticed when flying and looking left ... in one pic below I see it appears on bottom of lower wings too?)

can you please look into it and maybe in next patch attempt to fix it - that would be wonderful if it is possible

a few pics attached below

regards, Ron

That's definitely a glitch in the aircraft 3D model.

However you may also try reducing "Environment Reflections" setting in Workshops to make it less noticeable. The default is 5 and it seems you've set it to 9 or something similar. This setting doesn't increase reflection details, just makes them more visible. It has been added so people can adjust the look to their taste, but very high values may look unnatural.

Looks very shiney as AnKor says tone it down for now, you likely increased the Shader Environment reflections / Glossiness settings from default. We'll look at the model too.

Thanks guys - Angkor - yes I see my enviro reflections was set to 9

Will drop it to 5 or 6 and see if that helps

Glossiness is at 5 or 6 already

Cheers Ron

Thanks Pol!

Wallace Pickleworth will be very pleased ... he's about 15 missions and 24 or so hours in at mid nov 1915 ... and on last mission encountered his first eiii... took some bullets and returned a strike before he and the Hun both broke for home

Very very thrilling stuff - I'm sure I speak for all here when I continue to thank your team smile

Keep it up please !

Glad he is surviving - the reduction of the blueness of his wings may help wink
