I picked it up last year during one of the Steam sales and finally just got around to starting it about 10 days ago. I finished up this past Sunday. That damn final race in Gas town took me forever to beat. The WASD keys are just not a very sophisticated way to control a high speed vehicle with any accuracy---no proportional control to them and tapping them constantly is a poor substitute

I can't fathom why they didn't add programming for a racing wheel or even a joy stick.

So after finishing, I click the DLC tab in the main menu to see what's available and it takes me too their website where one can purchase a bundle deal of the game and all of the Mad Max movies.

Not much of a bargain if one already owns the game and wants more. I wonder why there were no expansions. Did the game not sell that well? Overall, I thought it quite good and had a lot of fun with it.

Cheers

You know I never even thought of DLC, but now that you mention it I'd love an expansion set in the original Mad Max universe, the one were civilization hasn't collapsed completely.
Always preferred that setting to the 'Full Apocalypse' of the later films.

Also I'd really like to drive that XB Pursuit!

Just opened the JAW and saved Pinkeye, I'm now on a mission to recover a sail from a camp. I'm still far from beating the game?

I'm not sure Stratos. One of the last major quest things I did was unlock the Jaw and then did some minor area liberations but I haven't even gone to Pinkeye's yet and I've got like 80 hours in the game. I guess I need to start following through with more main quest stuff.

Yes, there's still about 1/2 to a 1/3 to go. Depending on how thorough you were in the bottom half of the map.

No more pics from me though, I deleted the screens folder last week.

It took me about 92h to complete this one in 100%. I never do that but i found Mad Max to be one of the best action games in years and i wanted to do everything there is. Really amazing and underrated gem IMHO.

Just completed the main story behind the game, 27 hours, years passed since I devoted so many hours to a non-sim game. Want to make a sreview for my spanish forums, will you let me use your pics Security_device_included? Will keep credits for your cool pics If you agree.
